The past few years have been rough. No way around it. But people are resilient. And that’s what mental health is about. Growing your innate strengths so you can meet life’s challenges with a little more ease. Because when you feel better, your family does, too. It just takes a willingness to start.
Join us for 3 days of healing conversations led by therapists, a working father and Spring Health member, and Spring Health clinicians who can guide you to the best resources for you and your family.
Thought about counseling, but not sure if you need it or are anxious about what to expect? We’ll discuss what happens in a counseling and coaching session, what the difference is, what you can get out of it, and how to get started.
You’ll also learn:
What’s my role in therapy and coaching sessions?
What are some things that I can get help with?
How will I know if it ‘worked’?
